This coming weekend in Baja, people will be cleaning the beaches from Tijuana to Ensenada. This is a global beach cleanup, so please add your little grain of sand!
At most beaches along Rosarito, Ensenada and Tijuana’s coastline, there will be people handing over supplies (plastic gloves, trash bags, etc.) Then at the end of the cleanup (Saturday at noon), all collected trash will be weighted and classified. This information will be reported to the California Coastal Commission and then submitted to the Global Commission. This will help to understand the condition and health of the beaches all over the world.
Please join Que Pasa Baja and the rest of our Baja friends in this combined effort to keep Baja California’s beaches clean. No matter which beach you choose to clean, be it a public one, or the beach behind a development, your work will be much appreciated!
Thank you!
